Highway 101 Oregon Coast

This is our first glimps of the Pacific Ocean on Highway 101.

We will be in Coos Bay, Oregon for 3 days. Hope to put more pictures on soon. Please keep us in your prayers, we really appreciate them and we know the Lord hears those prayers. We have seen so much of His beauty, we know He is real and He is with us. Love to All

You guys look like you are having a wonderful time. The pictures bring back a lot of memories of mine and Joe's motorcycle trip to Montana. Did you get a chance to go to the Badlands in SD? That is a really cool place. It's amazing that you can still play in the snow in July in Montana, isnt' it? You really just don't realize the magnitude of God's creation until you get a chance to really get out and explore it. Everyone should take the opportunity to do things like this. I just wanted to let you know we are thinking and praying for you and for a safe trip. ENJOY!!!

I have REALLY enjoyed the blog of your trip.
Almost like being there.
When Mary & James and I were going down 101 ,we stopped at an overlook and went down on the beach. I just had to wade in the Pacific Ocean .
We took a small bag of black sand from the beach .
